Best bank in South Florida, and the reason is the staff. Everybody in the branch is friendly, and always willing to take time to explain everything to you. One of the best parts of the bank is there hardly is ever a wait.

I can’t say enough about this branch. I work directly with Ray the manager to set up my accounts. The process was easy and he helped me understand my benefits for both my business and personal accounts.

Absoletly tge worst bank to try to leave. I fly to FL from CO just to close my account. All the guy did was hand me a check for my entire balance. I get an email on the 22nd saying i owe over draft fee on the 22nd. Never ever will i do business like that again. I put 100,000$ of dollars over the years and you cant even close my account properly.

My wife and I have just moved from up north. I walked into this branch of PNC today. There was no receptionist. No one at the front desk to greet you. This branch does not have tellers. Another male customer walked in behind me. We both waited. A gentleman walked up from the back. He went right over to the man behind me, shook his hand and welcomed him. He obviously knew who he was. But, wasn’t I here first? He then came up to me. No greeting and no hand shake. I had a very simple transaction. As I was walking out it occurred to me. Why was I treated differently? So, I walked back in to see who the person was that treated me differently from the other customer. Come to find out it was the branch manager. He did apologize for treating me differently.

What he did not know is that my wife had visited the branch a few weeks ago and that Luis had given her great service. As a matter of fact, my wife was going to see Luis later today to move money into a new mutual fund.

After speaking with my wife and explaining to her what had happened, she decided not to open the new mutual fund. Also, since we just moved from up north we will be looking to buy property here. They can also kiss our new mortgage goodbye as well.
