Wells Fargo Bank

I had so many banking issues to deal with , I was stressed out and out of town and I was locked out of my account when I arrived back in Florida Orlando took care of me. Orlando has so much customer service skills what a good person to have at the bank. I will always stay a Wells Fargo bank member.

Called this morning to know where to make a cash deposit. The operator told me i had to make an appointment. I made it. When I arrived, the employee that spoke to me through the glass lobby door told me the person I had the appointment with, was not there. I asked if I could go by the go through without a vehicle because mine was too tall for the covered area, she said yes. Once there, the agent from inside didn’t let me make the deposit because I wasn’t in a car.

Great team of employees all are so helpful an cares about there customers

This branch is the worst, the service manager (Katie pereira) tells me to go to the bank that I came from if I’m not happy with there branch. & the teller starts to talk about me with the customers, It’s a joke. & as I go to grab a business card for branch info, The greeter in front of the door tells me to not grab her business card & looks at me Rudely in front of her service manger. (Katie pereira) They are very unprofessional the branche is very dysfunctional. They are very slow with everything from deposits to change orders etc. I am getting in contact with the regional manager. If they don’t resolve this matter I will be closing my business accounts.

The fact that they are close during business hours the day after a National holiday has me beyond pissed. The holiday fell on a weekend and should not be used as an excuse for an additional day off… Everybody else is back at work, they should be too… Will be closing all accounts as banking will no longer be an option for me…
