TGI Fridays

Hey, it’s not perfect, but it’s not far away. I got seated quickly with my drinks and appetizers within minutes. My food came out fresh and was good. Friday’s isn’t expensive, but once you start grabbing alcohol your tab can double or triple in a heartbeat, but that’s not on them.

The environment is cool and if you don’t want to be too cold, eat outside or bring a hoodie. I’ll be back.

I was very pleased that they were open because we came into town late. The food was good, the young lady that took our order she was okay. This was the problem… She never asked us about the condiments that we wanted (so we were under the impression that we didn’t have an option) ranch or blue cheese etc. Then they dropped the dressing and still put it in the bag. SMH… Food was good but won’t return to that location. Just not a great experience. Always felt rushed, and we were taking it to go.

Nice environment. Good service. Quality of the food could improve, also removing the microwaves from the kitchen wouldn’t hurt. If I want microwave food I would stay at home.

First of all let’s start off by saying this, I ordered online. The salmon with a side of rice and cheddar Mac and cheese. As I’m picking up my order, it’s mash potato’s in my plate instead of rice! I informed one of the employees that my order is wrong, the receipt have exactly what I ordered but that’s not what’s in my plate. She then goes along to tell me, “ because of Covo19 we don’t have anymore rice.” So you do you not think common curtesy of informing the customers ahead of time that it’s no more rice! My phone number is clearly on the receipt. Could have called me! Or simply take it off the menu! Ok kool whatever no problem. I then ask for Jack Daniel sauce. Now I’m being charged 50cents. Since when?! Never have I been charged for Jack Daniel sauce with my orders. At this point I’m upset. I drive all the way home so I can eat, just to find out my cheddar Mac and cheese is KRAFT BOX MAC AND CHEESE!! It is now after 8pm I can’t get In touch with anyone from the restaurant. The phone line is busy. I’m far beyond disgusted with this restaurant. Best believe I’m taking this to social media and Corporate! The audacity to give a customer box Mac and cheese! False advertisement and horrible customer service!

I came in with my best friend hoping to make a bad day a little better. We were greeted by a nice gentleman and sat promptly. Soon after Blake came and took our order. He was sweet and very kind. Very good vibe. Our food came out very fast and everything came out perfectly. He came by and refilled our waters without asking. While we finished our meals our desserts were just arriving which was amazing! Blake was great and he definitely helped make our gloomy day a good day. 😊
