Great food from the curbside. Ordered online and picked up. The entire order was correct.

Just ordered lunch to go since it seemed like a good deal for a family lunch but it ended up being a disappointed. Ordered some soup appetizers and 2 of them were completely flipped in the bag and the lids were broken inside the soup, apart from that we were missing one side one of the entrees. Tried calling as soon as I got home from picking up but only wasted 30 minutes calling with an answering machine that hung up every time I called. Our lunch was practically ruined.

I normally have good experiences with Chilis but, today I decided to do curbside. Me order was to be picked at at 8:28-8:33pm but, upon arriving; the curbside employee was checking every other car except mine for atleast 10 minutes. When I got home and opened everything I noticed the ice cream for the cookie dessert was missing. As well as, the street corn for one of the meals for 2. If that wasn’t enough, half of the order wasn’t even warm.

Maria should be so proud. My friend was a little frustrated with online ordering not working but shortly came back up no ones fault. The manager stepped in and took over so fast getting the order out.
Everything Togo was wonderful and staff was so friendly. Great location and great staff following new guidelines from start to finish. Every one working that night needs an ATL including the Manager!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️🎉🎉 Thanks for keeping up Chili’s standards!!!!

Chili is like a good old shoe. You can count on the food being fresh, simply delicious and very inexpensive. I enjoyed the fajita and my daughter loved the shrimp taco. The $5 margarita was amazing.
