Im only giving it 1 star because i have to rate it. The absolute worst experience in my life . Jack the guy at the counter was sleep and reeked of marijuana. He was rude and disrespectful. My entire trip to Orlando was ruined because they do not allow Miami residents to rent from Broward because we steal cars. One of the most racist and discriminatory thing I’ve heard. I missed my entire trip. Stay away from this company

Horrific, terrible, dreadful experience. Booked small car, with GPS- given Camry – far too big. Told take it or leave it – all they had, so they said. GPS didn’t wotk but guy refused to take it off the bill. Showed up for pick up early but told to come back in 15 minutes at the appointed time. Ended up being late for doctor appointment, getting horribly lost at night. Staff is robotic, no please or thank you in their vocubulary. All in all a very very stressful experience. DO NOT GO THERE.

The Branch Manager has no customer service skills, rude, not professional, we as a business owners will never use enterprise because of this one experience, and we will let all our partners know. When it comes to business customers are our number one priority! “We waited 1 hour car not ready not clean. We ended going with Budget Rental, better company and experience. We call customer service escalate it to top management, they said they were Going to call us back, and hour later no call.

Had an infestation of spiders in my back seat on my last day of vacation before I drove 20 hours back home to CT. Brought the car to this budget to swap car like 800 # said to and Jack refused to help in any way! Said they were ants but didn’t even stick his head in the car to see what I was talking about, (would it have made it better if they were ants?), made it seem like it was my fault cause i had kids in the back seat (i mean that was the whole purpose of renting the car to take my kids on vacation), walked away from me while outside I had to find him inside where he was doing other things like he just didn’t care. Horrible customer service at this location.
