Being a Professional mechanic For many years working for local governments I know a thing or two about auto repair. The owner jace has never turned a wrench in his life, and Tom is equally as useless. They will charge you for unnecessary repairs and charge for parts that were never installed. They treat their techs like slaves and take advantage of clients. Do yourself a favor and don’t become a victim.

My friends recommended Ridge Plaza Tire for service. I was dealing with Jace. My car has 131,000 miles on it. He told me I only needed an oil change, tire rotation and a cabin filter. He told me I still had 5,000 left on my brakes. He was very honest. Most places I go into, try to sell you everything. My friends were right about them. Kudos to them.

Who wants gum? Going to get the car fixed is always scary. Ridge Plaza Auto is great. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts and bam, my car is being fixed. Very reasonable with their charges, excellent service. What else could you ask for? Maybe juicy fruit…

DO NOT GO HERE! They replaced my tires with the wrong ones and my car did not drive correctly after taking off the lot. I returned back telling them the issue and they said it was because my tires were low on air. It turns out they sold me WINTER tires and my tire popped again. I called back to tell them what happened and the response was “Why are you calling here, there’s no warranty for the tires you purchased. What’s the purpose of this call” HORRIBLE SERVICE! And my life was at risk riding in tires that didn’t fit my car, that’s was how they handled the situation!!
