Freeman Orthodontic Specialists

Freeman Orthodontics has treated me well. I know its hard to treat adults with braces since our pallette has already hardened, but i am seeing great results. I also have my 2 children started on phase 1 braces here. I like that they have offices in other locations as well. All of the staff here are pros. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman and his staff if you need braces.

I would NOT recommend this orthodontic office. If you want to get Invisalign, there are other places that give reasonable price & better services. I went to this orthodontic a year ago. I saw the orthodontist for only once & the visit with him was less than 5 min. He asked me 2 quick questions, looked a my teeth for one second & left – I never saw him again. I had to sign a contract on the same day. After I received the first half of Invisalign sets, they told me to come back in the middle of the treatment plan to pick up the second half. It was half of the treatment and I’d paid $2,500 for half of their service & Invisalign but I didn’t see any movement of my teeth, my friends & family even told me so. I came to tell them that the Invisalign didn’t work for me, they told me that I had to pay for a visit with the orthodontist. It didn’t make sense for me, why I had to pay to see the orthodontist while I’d already paid a lot of money for their service and gained no result? Also, it was their responsibility to look at my teeth to find out why the Invisalign didn’t help. If my teeth didn’t move, it meant their service brought no result! Since the way they talked to me made me felt that they were not responsible for their no-result service & all they needed was the money out of my pocket. I decided to cancel the treatment. The woman told me that she’d send me a document to sign for cancellation, but I never heard from them. A year later they called me to collect my money for the second half of their service or the Invisalign sets which I was NEVER received from them. I asked them if they still collect their patient’s money even though their Invisalign was useless & even though I did not receive the other half of their treatment plan. They said yes because I’d signed the contract. This is so obvious that all they want is money out of their patients’ pockets. But I asked her, “Didn’t the contract say that I’d make the payment when I received the service & it actually helped me?” She repeated because I’d sign the contract so I had to pay for the service even though I did not get the service or was not satisfied with their service. She told me that I either had 2 weeks to give them the $2,500 payment or they’d send to the collector.

Dr. Van is a very professional and knowledgeable orthodontist. I am very happy with the progress my teeth has made. The staff at the location is very helpful and friendly.

They have had some doctor and staff changes but it’s still the same wonderful office that it was when Dr. Freeman was there! Kind and professional service!

I am an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Freeman’s office. I got my braces at the age of 30 and I remember being so nervous about the process from the very beginning. Dr. Freeman was so kind and patient with me and he helped me to choose the best option for my teeth and my budget. Dr. Freeman talks to you with respect and makes you feel like you’re the only patient in the world. He is very attentive and also very passionate about his work. That made me feel comfortable to leave my braces journey in his hands. Another plus is that ALL of the techs were ALWAYS gentle, knowledgeable and efficient during my visits; they were all sweethearts and made the visits a pleasant experience. The staff manager Kelli always went above and beyond with her service and I noticed the office was always very clean, well stocked and things rand smoothly and organized. The front desk staff were also very courteous and accommodating both in person and on the phone.

It’s been a year now since I had my braces removed and I still get compliments anywhere I go; even people who remember my old smile immediately notice the difference and comment on my straighter, brighter and softer smile. This was the best decision I ever made and the best money I ever spent and I couldn’t have chosen a better office to have my orthodontics treatment; now I smile with confidence. I would highly recommend anyone, regardless of age, to go to Dr. Freeman’s office for your orthodontics services. I am so grateful for them.
