The hygienist is the nicest person there. The receptionist are Not professional. Dr Friend is good. The other doctor needs lessons in her bedside manner. Dr Ritche. She no longer works here.

I called Dr. Friend’s office with serious pain in my jaw. They took me same day on emergency as a new patient. The office was super clean, they took my temp, I had to wear a mask, they cleaned the pen after I used it. they scrubbed everything while I was there, and again when I was getting up, the dental assistant was amazing and calmed my nerves, Dr. Friend took one look at my x-ray and knew it was my last wisdom tooth that needed to be taken out asap. to my surprise he did right there. I was out of the office in one hour. I am switching my daughter to him, and I have told EVERYONE I know how wonderful he is. I know 3 ladies I work with will be going there. best part is he runs a honest business, and isn’t out to scam anyone (unlike a horrible experience I had at another dentist office) I wish more than anything I could give more than a 5 star rating.

So disappointed, came in for a simple filling and the doctor diged too deep and hurt my nerve, now I need a crown and a root canal.
You are the doctor, if you do see that i do need a root canal so you have to let the patient know about it.

Staff is extremely unprofessional, laughing and giggling on their phone when supposed to be helping patients. They don’t make you feel welcomed as a patient and they don’t even call you back. I’m changing dentists asap. Never go to these people.

Our family trust its dentistry to Dr. Friend and his fine staff. The office atmosphere is very relaxed and they accept many different insurances. Dr. Friend is very easy to talk with and he truly cares about his patients oral health. I’ve had several different hygienist over the years and they have all been excellent and my current hygienist Haneen is amazing. Like many teenagers, I wore braces. In adulthood, I experienced some movement in my teeth over the years that was bothersome to me. I discussed this with Dr. Friend and Orthodontist Dr. Shane Hodson. Dr. Shane is amazing and offers all the latest technology in tooth straightening. For those “adults” who need just a little adjustment, see Dr. Shane. It’s quick, easy and very inexpensive to regain that great smile. I also see how amazing he interacts with the youngsters dealing with braces. Finally, scheduling is always easy and the office and office hours are very accommodating.
