TERRIBLE! I met with who I believe is the office manager Octavio and he was absolutely nothing but rude and unpleasant from the moment I arrived! He didn’t even know if I was there as a patient or as a potential employee and no one sitting at the front desk greeted me and completely ignored my presence! RUDE! Completely understand! Worst place I’ve ever interviewed at! Can’t even imagine the nightmares it must be to work for them or to be a patient at a place with such terrible customer service and lack of professionalism! And to post an altered video of me on YouTube when it clearly does not show what really happened! THIS PEOPLE ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO THERE!

How can i start this ? Or where should i begin with this? Very disappointed with their service not only with the front desk person Name Octavio or Octabi whom i also believe is the actual doctor or manager at this location… i left the location after my encounter with him and when i got in the car i saw him outside on the phone and he lookes at me and laughed. Because i didnt want to do business with him.

Not only was my experience bad. My auntie and my auncle also went there to get some work done and the lady i the front nd the bald man ( which i knew it was octabyo) didnt even wanted to help them…

I cannot imagine how unhappy the employees there muat be. I wonder if they are even treated properly by this clound… i will NEVERRR Recommend this place.

Very fast and professional. My son needed a tooth extracted immediately and they were able to accommodate us on a weekend. thanks so much, you guys have a great office.

Great service and experience. Dr. Yoli and her staff actually takes the time to explain the procedure needed and its process. Very professional and patient focus.
