Dr. Leslie K. Herzog, DO

I’m a new patient at Dr. Herzogs new Sunrise location. First let me say that I’m very particular about my own providers as I have a scientific and clinical background. I read the reviews on multiple websites before making an appointment to be established as a new patient. I was not disappointed. Here’s why I give her 5 stars:
1. She asks questions, but Listens more.
2. Very patient with me as I had a mini-meltdown in her office going through job issues and menopause.
3. Called me personally with lab results-WoW! Holy cow, she’s a Keeper!
4. She knows her office is 10 miles for me and offered for me to get future labs at a closer Quest facility. Another 5 stars for remembering something personal aabout me and that I live further out.

I don’t mind a longer drive when I know I’m getting Exceptional care. Thanks for giving me just that, Exceptional care Dr Herzog.

I have been a patient of Dr. Herzog’s for many years now and I have never been dissatisfied with her or her staff. They are courteous and knowledgeable and Dr. Herzog goes beyond the expected. She asks questions and gives you time to ask her anything health related while giving you honest professional answers. She works like a small town doctor in the city. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Herzog is a great Dr, she’s a great listener and truly cares. I have been a loyal patient for 25 years.

Dr. Herzog has been my physician for years, as well as other family members’. She’s what a doctor should be; experienced, thorough, yet super efficient. Her staff is the same. That type of efficiently-run practice almost makes going to the doctor’s office a breeze. Highly recommend.

I am a nurse and my daughter suffers from Asthma and allergies. Dr. Herzog. Had been our primary for over 10 years. She is thorough and takes time with you through appointments or exams. I have referred other fellow nurses to her and she became their primary care physician. Her new location is further away, but my peace of mind and comfort in spirit keeping her as our PCP is greater and makes the distance small
