Horrible dr Haywood is amazing but always put immediately on hold for 45 mins when it’s 830 am and when there’s an appointment at a certain time it’s never at that time

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire pediatric office staff! From the 2 Pediatricans and all the nurses and the caring women at the check in desk…they have always been so professional and kind! I feel confident having brought all my children to this office. I would highly recommend this pediatric office!

She was my two sisters and i doctor growing up and now i bring my daughter to her. Very well knowledgeable and caring. The front desk staff arent to friendly as Dr. Haywood which is very important on a customer service stand point. Unfortunately my daughter wont get service from Haywood anymore solely because of her insurance acceptance. Over all great doctor to send your young ones to.

NEVER TIMELY! It’s incredibly unfortunate because while I actually think Dr. Haywood is a very knowledgable and experienced Dr. this office is run HORRIBLY. I have never ever had an appointment and was taken in at that time. I am currently in the office and have been waiting an hour after my appointment time and am still in the waiting room. Needless to say I am actively looking for a new pediatrician. If you don’t care about appointments taking hours then sure shes a good Dr.
