I really liked this location. It was quick and Convenient for me. The associate that helped was Stanley. He was very honest and helpful.
Stanley was very friendly, very professional and had a good sense of humor. He understood my needs and my wants and he did not pressure anything on me. I live in Miami but I will travel to this location in the future to get a better customer service experience with Tmobile. It’s worth it!!

Don’t be fooled by Nataly. Once she makes the sale she could careless about helping the client and is very rude. She’ll force a plan down your throat, make it sound good, sell you and then the nightmare starts from there. Hidden fees, credits not applied, activation fees and when you try to get her to help she will give you every excuse in the book. STAY AWAY FROM NATALY

T mobile always has great customer service and products
