Metro by T-Mobile

Called, was hung up on, when i called back there was no reply

I was trying to pay $0.50 amount due today or my service will be interrupted, and when I talked to an agent to downgrade my plan From$60 to a $40 plan,whose name is Jason and he told me that I only had to pay$13, when I called This Metro by T-Mobile Store hoping that they will take the $0.50 amount due today, the person who answered the call refuse to do it and just told me me to call the customer service from Metro by T-Mobile and they got me blocked the internet or any way that I’ve been trying to communicate in person with an agent, so that is why I only gave them two stars really deserves Zero Stars

Even if they did not have the model I was looking for,the front store clerk helped me finding it in another store.Very helpful!!!

Dropped my phone. Cracked the screen. Got a new phone for pretty much the same as a repair. Plus a few dollars more. Upgraded to an LG Stylo 4. The sole worker on a Saturday afternoon was able to prioritize the customers so that no one had to wait for very long. Got my phone backup installed from Google backup and went on my way. A satisfied customer.
