Best metro i have ever been to. Location was super clean and the manager was really nice and helpful.

Just want to take a minute to tell All
of my experience today with the MetroPCS store on University Drive in Davie. I’ve been coming to the store for about 4 years as long as I lived in the area and I must have changed my phone about 6 or 7 times. Slim by far is the best. And it’s the only store I would go to even if I relocated because he handles things right and treat you perfectly. He’s very knowledgeable he changes all the contacts the pictures whatever has to be takes the time to do it right… he is the best! When you leave the Metro store when Slim is working, your problem is solved!

By far the best Customer Service experience I received from any cell phone location. I don’t even have Metro I have T-Mobile. This employee Slim didn’t have to help me he could have sent me t-mobile . But he took the time to call T-Mobile customer service and got my phone number fix . I was a victim of fraud someone hacked my wireless account and ported my number to another carrier and I was freaking out! I now have my number and will be moving to Metro because of this employee. Thank you Slim!!

Went to 5 different locations before coming to this one. Slim is not the average sales person. He treated me like I was his best friend. Advised me on best phone for me even though I was willing to spend $$$. I ended up with the Samsung Galaxy A20 discounted accessories and transferred all me data from my old device. You can tell he’s been doing this for years and I would recommend this store over any other!! Thanks Slim.
