This place is great if you want to feel motivated and give you workout your all. Every time I come I feel amazing afterwards. What makes it even better is the amazing team and trainers at the Plantation location. They make you feel welcomed and always push you to reach your goals. The environment at this location is electric – both the trainers and other members really push you to challenge yourself and become a better, stronger version of yourself, both mentally and physically. No matter if you’re a beginner or have been working out for years, the Plantation team will help you reach your goals. I have been working out at F45 since February 2019. I added this to my already 3 day a week weight training. It has been the perfect way to trim down. The functional full body HIIT 45 minute programs have improved my energy levels and overall fitness. I am stronger and look forward to every session. Especially Saturdays 1 hour HIIT! Mega fun and a super challenging session! The Team are amazing and they work with each member to help them obtain their fitness goals. These workouts are totally modifiable and fun! No matter what your fitness level. Highly Recommend F45.

This is the best gym I have been too. The staff is amazing. Always a great workout. Definitely feel the burn t the beginning, middle and end of the workout.
