Customer Service and Quality Product – Tulio was great in helping us select the right products for our new home. We stayed in touch for 1 month as I changed my mind a few times. He was always helpful and would provide photos and options. Also our installer team were awesome as well. I would recommend. We needed blinds that would effectively block the hot afternoon sun on our 3 season porch, but still wanted to be able to see out when the shades were down. We are so happy with our new shades! They look great, operate smoothly and easily…and installation was done quickly and professionally. We are happy customers!

Love, love, love my roller shades! They make all the bedrooms much darker at night so we sleep better, and their clean, tailored lines make the rooms look larger. Fabulous people to work with – from Andres the sales rep., to Tulio, the owner who came to measure, to Aldo the installer. All were knowledgeable, thorough, great at communicating answers to questions, and did what they said they were going to do. And fun to work with too!

A great experience. It started with Tulio Castellanos…came and gave us an estimate. Very professional… He helped me with my decision as to what to use in our lanai. He said if we were interested; he would bring Andres, the designer to double check and make sure it was all good. They then ordered the roller shades and Yasmel and Roger installed them. They are absolutely beautiful!
