New Heritage Wood Floors

New Heritage has done every floor in our home except the bathrooms and the kitchen (3500+ sq.ft.) over the years. The work has been professional, on time and acceptable to the degree that, after the first job, we never asked for competitive bids.
Mark’s staff are hard working, friendly and easy to talk to.
After they finished each job, the area was left spotless.

We spent $23,060 with New Heritage to put down final flooring in most of our home in Weston. One room was not ready at the time of installation, which was understood and known to Mark the owner. After all but one room was completed I agreed to pay them 100% of the balance due, which was my mistake. I was unable to get them to come back to finish the job and had to pay someone else $1,200 to finish a 18′ X 18′ room. When I called all I could get was he was too busy and he wasn’t going to send someone off another paying customers job. Very disappointing and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
