The Resurfacing Specialist Inc has terrible customer service. I contacted them two weeks ago for them to give me an estimate and since them the only things I have heard from them are things like: We are going to call you back, give us 24 hours, and we do not have any records about you calling us.
They do not answer the phone ever and when you leave them a message they never call you back. If this is only to get this company to go to your house for an estimate I can’t even start to imaging what it would be to do business with this people.
