Exclusive Title Company

THIS TITLE CO. HAS NOT BEEN PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEY USE RENTAL OFFICES SPACES FOR BUSINESS, AND NO ONE CAN EVER FIND THEM OUT. THEY DID A CLOSING TO ME AND NEVER CHARGE THE PREVIOUS OWNER, ASSOCIATION DEBTS FOR 6 MONTHS, AND NOW, THE ASSOCIATION IT IS SENDING US TO COLLECTION BECAUSE OF THIS, AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS TITLE CO. AND LEFT EMAILS, MESSAGES, AND THEY JUST IGNORE US AT ALL. NOT TRUST WORDY CO WHAT SO EVER.

My experience with Exclusive Title has been awful, I can’t believe that this place is in business. I closed 3 weeks ago and am still dealing with the errors that they made in regards to escrow and my insurance company. Even before closing, there was a complete lack of communication between the reps here and myself and my mortgage broker. I was charged for an elevation certificate which I had already gotten on my own because this company failed to communicate with me and get authorization before spending my money. On top of that, the reps who I had the displeasure of working with were rude and unhelpful during the entire process and have failed to correct any of their mistakes. As a first time home buyer, working with Exclusive Title was absolutely the worst part of buying a house. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
