My family has had insurance with State Farm Agent Larry Bowen for 18 years. I have always been happy with the service I receive, and have referred friends to Larry’s office.

Worst Location, never answers the phone!!!! 😑😑😑

The Bells StateFarm Insurance Agency are extremely incompetent. I have had the worst experience with them. I have been calling them trying to find out why they have not taken payments out of my account and they never replied, never called back. I became worried when weeks had passed and I still hadn’t heard from them or saw any money taken from my account. I became worried that maybe I did not have insurance. First of all, why do I have to be running them down to take my money? I always have to call them to find out if they have taken their payment for the month. I might as well be a worker there because I seem to be doing most of the work for them. When I finally got in contact with the agency and informed them that I had been trying to get in contact with them for weeks and that I needed them to transfer my paperwork to a different agency since they were terrible with communication. They were extremely rude and made me feel like a bother for trying to insure that my insurance company was doing THEIR job! They said they would transfer the paperwork but it’s been weeks now and I still have not heard from them, I don’t know if they transferred my paperwork or if I even have insurance. Do not work with this agency. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not return calls, they do not check their voicemessges, they do not schedule their payments to ensure that they have taken the money that they are suppose to take. You have to be calling them and chasing them down to make sure you they are doing their job.
