My husband and I spent an entire day shopping for new car insurance after being with a carrier for over 10 years and over charged. We called a long list of people and had a hard time either getting ahold of people or we get a promise of a call back that took hours or not at all. That is until we reached the Great Florida Insurance company and spoke to Dustyn. Every time we called, we got Dustyn on the phone, even after hours!!! He was always to the point, professional and answered all of our questions immediately and there was no pressure. A day full of calls and no one compared to his rates, his professionalism and the quality of his response time as he connected his phone to his cell phone knowing we would be calling back and therefore he won our business and our loyalty. Just wow! Talk about service and professionalism. Dustyn and his team have continued to impress with their quick responses, good rates, and genuine all around care for my business. Josh got my general liability insurance and my workers compensation insurance for my company set up in a few days. they use docusign and took payment over the phone which was nice so i didn’t have to leave a job to go into the office. nice guy and fast service. very pleased with this agency. thanks!

I got a flyer in the mail from this office and thought the rate was too good to be true. Nonetheless, I’m retired so thought I’d kick their tires for a bit to see if I could find out more. I got Dustyn on the phone who greeted me promptly and seemed to know what he was talking about. We reviewed my homeowners insurance and he explained that he would get back to me before the end of the day as he had over 15 companies to work through. I didn’t expect a call back to be honest, but less than an hour later, I got a call back from him with a quote. The quote was $30 cheaper than what was on the flyer and I couldn’t believe it. The quote was emailed to me on the insurance company letterhead, not some generic document and I was on my way. Dustyn was able to secure the coverage for me 3 days later as agreed with no problem whatsoever. I have even waited a few months before leaving this review to ensure that nothing changed and I wasn’t missing something. I’ve called the carrier themselves several times to confirm as well and everything is on the up and up. Dustyn saved me $810 a year and was able to match the coverage I had before. Very impressed with this outfit.
