They are super helpful I switched to allstate from geico a few months ago and my agent is Alisha she is super helpful always there to help me out every time I call its a good feeling being able to deal with one person directly which was one of my biggest headaches with geico I could never get the same person. And she gives gift cards for referral’s which is really cool. I highly recommend this agency really good customer service.
