Horrible customer service! If I could give them 0 stars,I would.The owner is super aggressive ,a liar and extremely rude. I didn’t believe in the reviews of others but now with my own experience I learned ….it’s super important to take in to account the reviews.👎

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so appalled by the service that I had to write one now.

Sam the owner is extremely rude! I spoke with Sam over the phone and in person you’ll receive the same rude treatment from this business owner. If you’re looking to be yelled or look down upon go meet Sam. However, I like to directly deal with Brian who is the watch maker. He has serviced my watches my fathers Watches, couple of my family, and friends watches. I personally like his work if you are looking for high quality service seek him personally. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the owner. He has no patiences and is extremely rude. Has no consideration to repeat customers. It should of been a red flag when I first went with my mother but decided to give it a second shot when I went with my father that is where I met Brian. Must say because of Brian; he is the reason why I was a happy and repeat customer. Sam just lost a repeat customer and referrals due to his arrogance. I hope Brian opens up his own store. Guy goes above and beyond.

Within weeks of purchasing my wedding ring, engagement ring and necklace I have returned two pieces due to defect. My necklace clasp broke upon putting it on for the first time and the center stone falling out of my wedding it ring; I have had the ring in for repair 3 times within one month with the diamonds coming out and getting lost! Sam the owner is very rude and arrogant person. He told me the last time they will fix it. I was asked to leave and never come back. This is the way they handled the issue. Terrible experience! Recommend going anywhere else

This is a lovely little store. I came here and bought a couple of cute necklaces for my daughter. She loved them. The owner is nice and it has a good family-business vibe.

I had some diamond jewelry that I was able to sell here for a good price.They also cleaned a couple of my chains for free.
