5 stars may not be enough! I contacted Mark a few weeks back and he responded immediately. When my mom passed she left behind a fairly large house in an upscale condominium community in horrible disrepair. The task at hand seemed overwhelming – BUT – then came ECS! Mark broke down, step by step, the path to take to “fix” the mess I had inherited. EVERYTHING, from cleaning out the remaining junk to the final cleanup, and I mean EVERYTHING! Wall repairs, cabinet repairs, plumbing issues, electrical – nothing was beyond his capabilities!
I can’t say enough good things about ECS! Responsible, timely, professional, and what I would consider to be a terrific value for the money!

Calling Mark at Estate Cleanout was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the time I contacted Mark and the job was completed there couldn’t of been more pressure taken from me. Living in Colorado and having to take care of my mothers Condo in Miami things could not of been simpler or quicker. There were health issues involved with the clean out that I thought would be major obstacles but were handled by Mark and crew without any problems. I highly recommend Estate Cleanout.

Hiring Estate Clean Up Miami, not only was the best decision, Mark Horton and his crew do an exemplary job.They are professional, thorough, detailed and are extremely dependable and trustworthy! I needed to clean out and renovate my mom’ s condo to sell it asap.
