Broward County Clerk Of-Court

They are closed right now until next month, yet there is no mention of this anywhere on their website or when you call them.

I was expecting the worse after reading some of the reviews but I was actually pleasantly surprised by the way everything was handled courteously and professionally. I went on a Monday afternoon so it wasn’t that busy. I think I spent about 30 minutes total. There were about 4 windows open. I was watching the interactions between the clerks and the people and noticed right away the ‘amicable’ and ‘no stress’ vibe. (They must have changed the staff.. It wasn’t like that a year ago..)

The young lady that helped me – ‘Precious’ – was very nice and very helpful from the start. I had to show proof of insurance, (got pulled over and my ‘Geico insurance app’ kept on freezing. Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally.

People are so rude and disrespectful at the public record information, they lack of communication. They don’t even give me time to talk

Went today to process my new passport and this location provided an excellent and fast service. Everything was completed within 40 min.

Very horrible wait time. Only 10 out of 2windows are open and you would think if the 3rd window opens up some one will help. but Nooooo!! than someone else closes the window. so their are 2 windows open still But you guys collect hundreds of dollars a day just to have 2workers at a window that is very slow just because they don’t want to work. What’s the point having all these windows if you only have 2 opened
