Had appointment. Got license. Staff did their thing even though there were so many people. I can’t complain.

Around 7:25 am a representative came out and explained everything we need to know to get a DL or ID card she was very professional and polite also helpful. Once the doors open at 8:00 am the staff inside were polite, well informed and enthusiastic. Took a few minutes to make sure my needs and wants were addressed. In no time at all I was out and on the road. I can say this place on a scale 1 to 10 gets a 12. Keep up the great work

Went last week Monday 1.27.2020, and after waiting almost 30 minutes to “register” the lady at the desk was not nice. She had the personality of a wet mop. I tried to give her the papers I had and without looking through the pile of five papers, she responded “I don’t need all that”. She started asking for ABC and from my pile of 5, I started handing her ABC. I legit just gave you everything you’re asking me for but you refused to take them 😡😡😡. I swear, some people need jobs in the back of the establishment packing boxes. They don’t have the courtesy or manners for customer service. By the way, one staff member to “register” all the people coming in is ridiculous!

Very efficient and fast. Also, new and clean facility with many counters. Staff knows what they want and how to keep lines moving fast. If you take the sufficient and correct documents, it’s a breeze. In and out in 20 min without appointment ( walk in ) for license renewal. 😀I know people will be surprised hearing this about DMV 😀.

Extremely poor service, asked to speak with the manager, she makes me wait ONE HOUR and instead of coming and speaking to me she calls the police on me around closing time stating that I’m trespassing when she never exchanged words with me once nor asked me to leave. I waited the hour calmly thinking that if I waited patiently she would help me since I arrived WELL BEFORE closing. Come to find out she called police on another customer earlier that day when it was completely uncalled for. I’m sure our hard working police officers have more important things to do than to pop up at this lady’s beck and call multiple times throughout the day.
