Palabras no pueden describir el nivel de servicio tan pésimo. Perdieron mi envío a Colombia y se demoraron más de un mes en confirmarme que el envío se había perdido. Pedí un reembolso por el costo del envío y no me lo devolvieron. No solo ofrecen un servicio pésimo pero también le roban a uno el dinero. Los denuncie al Better Business Bureau. Este nivel de servicio no puede ser permitido. Menos mal asegure el valor del contenido y esperando compensación directamente de Avianca Express.

Este tipo de servicio debe de ser ilegal.

Extremely terrible service!! Words can’t describe the poor level of service. My shipment to Colombia was lost and it took more than a month to confirm that the shipment was lost. I asked for a refund of the shipping cost and was denied a refund. Not only do they offer terrible service but they also steal your money. I reported this business practice to the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately I insured the value of the shipment and waiting for Avianca Express to compensate me directly for the value of the lost shipment.

This type of service should be illegal.

Muy mal servicio el mes pasado estuve allí y una señora de pelo negro con acento colombiano me dejo hay esperando y nunca me atendió. Regreso a los días y muy grosería no entiendo cuál es el cambio de administración, porque a mi me fue igual o peor que antes.definitivamente prefiero ir a caprichos express es mucho mejor.

Contamos con nueva administración y un equipo de trabajo más comprometido con prestar un excelente servicio al cliente, lo invitamos a que nos visite nuevamente y confíe sus envíos de carga y dinero con nosotros.

The phone is always busy…. no way that you can contact them through the phone , been calling for days….

Have only used it one time, all OK..
