Centro at Davie by ARIUM Apartments

I have lived here for a little over a month now and absolutely love it! The location is perfect and I love my apartment. It is very updated and the layout is great. The support from the office during our out of state move was amazing and I felt completely taken care of!!

I lived here a few years ago and recently moved back. Love the new changes. Great apartment complex. I worked with Shauna and she helped me every step of the process. She was great!!! Would definitely recommend the community.

I recently moved into Centro at Davie and worked with Shauna Shields. Everything moved very quickly during my relocation process and Shauna went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. I had tons of questions and Shauna never made me feel as if I was a burden (even though I’m sure I was lol). Thank you for your excellent customer service skills Shauna and being a reliable resource during my move-in process.

I moved out due to unfit living conditions. Apartments infested with ants and property management does not care. I have multiple pages of requests of trying to get them to honor pest control which is a mandatory fee but did not send anyone. I also have multiple photos and videos of me literally stepping on live and dead ants on a daily basis. Ants even built an ant nest inside the closet where the washer/dryer was (see photos). When they finally sent pest control, I have video from the inside of my apartment showing the pest control guy didn’t even know where to go or what to treat which means obviously it was never communicated. Since moving out because of the lack of care from the property management team, they have withheld 3/4 of my deposit claiming I ruined their floors and mold/mildew restoration. I made sure to take video before moving in and after moving out of the apartment from head to toe. There is absolutely no warrant to their claim but since I complained about the ant issue and called them out to their corporate, they retaliated by holding my deposit. I’m currently in process of trying to get it back.

Trust the tons of negative reviews both here and every other apartment rating website. Do not move here! I wish I could upload videos. If you do decide to go against your best judgement, do yourself a favor and video record every inch of inside your apartment when moving in to help save you in the future.

As a resident, I enjoy living at Centro. The office staff is always helpful and polite especially the property manager, Doris. She is always very pleasant, professional and helpful every time I stop by the office. I have recommended the community to my friends. Its a great community!
