Siena Apartments

I am a brand new resident to Siena. We moved in this weekend. I have lived in 6 different complexes in the last 8 years and I must say that I have never met anyone more dedicated to residents than Chris Dubuc. He is extremely customer focused and made a stressful transition during a pandemic very smooth. Additionally since moving in I have had to call maintenance 2x for very minor things(toilet not working and AC Filter). I was delighted to see that the team responded both times within 5 minutes. Extremely responsive. If there was one negative that I had to say its the fact that the tree in front of my unit drops a lot of some type of flower and it has killed all of the grass in front of my apartment and is very slippery when wet, I actually slipped in the rain moving in this weekend, which is a little dangerous…but as I write this, I can hear the landscaping company taking care of it.

Our experience with Siena apartments and previous property management teams that have resided here has not always been the best. In fact, I can honestly say within the last several months our perception and experience has changed all due to Christian Dubuc. My family and I have been residing at Siena Apartments for 7 years. We’ve seen many changes here. However, the most impactful change came when Christian joined the property management team at the Plantation, Florida location. He is truly someone who has provided not only a security of change but also
someone that provides excellent customer service in an automated world.

Christian’s expertise in the property has helped in the problematic areas of Siena. Bringing transparency and accountability as he strives to deliver a better environment. Always, with a friendly smile and maintaining his professionalism. He consistently approaches any issues with atonement and ratification. He is unquestionably an asset to this property.
Our regret is that we only spent a short time working with him. He has left an impression on us that he would certainly do well in this industry with his level of customer service. We’ve unfortunately vacated the property on April 30th 2020 due to the purchasing of our own home, But again Thank you .

Hands down one of the best places to live in Plantation! The staff is incredible and the apartments are renovated and HUGE! You can’t get a better bang for your buck anywhere close to here. Two thumbs up. Love working with this team!

Lived there for 2018-2020 and the maintenance team is amazing! Management switched halfway through and things turned into what felt like a sales game! IF someone answered the phone in the office they tried to get you off the phone as fast as possible. I always felt like the employees in the office were looking down on us. Lots of renovations done recently which some were nice but some not necessary and this of course made prices sky high which is why we moved. They kept adding extra charges it felt like every few months for a parcel locker, then valet trash (which skipped our building at least once a week!), etc. In 1 year our rent plus all their extras jumped a few hundred and that is with us already having the “upgraded apartment” when the new company took over. It isn’t awful but the cost was taking a toll and the attitude was awful.

I’ve lived in Siena for three years and have had a great experience. Kira and the front office staff are SO NICE and helpful. It makes all the difference. The apartments are very nice inside and the neighborhood is very well-maintained. They recently redid the parking lots and it looks great. Overall, the community is quiet and I’m excited to renew for a fourth year.
