Thank you Debra Giglia. OK, details: 2 1/2 years ago we wanted to buy a second home that will be eventually our retirement home in the South Broward area. Using a little Google research Deb seemed like a good choice for the area. We met Deb and she showed us around and by the end of that weekend we both had a good idea of what suited us best within our price point. Sadly we went back home to NJ without making any offers but we agreed to keep in touch for when something comes up on the market. Over time we looked on our own online and consulted with her about properties that popped up until in May 2019 we found THE ONE. Sending the listing to Deb, she said it was great so being that we completely trust her judgement, she put the offer in for us. Buying a home from a distance can be difficult, time consuming and expensive, travel-wise. Deb knew exactly what we were looking for and with post-sale follow through, has made this a much easier process then we could have ever imagined.
