Invitation Homes – South Florida / Miami – Office Temporarily Closed

I wish with all my heart I had thought to look at the reviews before I decided to rent from Invitation Homes. I wish anyone had warned me. If you see a good review, I assure you, it’s either from someone who’s been lucky SO FAR or it’s fake. We’ve been here almost 3 years and I feel like I’m living in hell. A very expensive hell. For a year and a half the roof has been leaking –on my clean clothes in my closet, on my bed, through the light fixture and dripping down the walls like a horror movie. They send someone to fix it. The roofer tells them it needs a new roof. They refuse to spend the money for it so they do a patch that doesn’t work and we wait for the next rain storm to see what’s going to get ruined next. And on it goes. Over and over again. For a year and a half. NEVER RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES !!! EVER!!!

Working with Michelle and Crystal has been awesome. Anytime I had a question they responded immediately. They both guided me through the process moving from one Invitation Home into another one with professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommended Invitation Homes!

Aretha Brown is both professional and responsive. I appreciate her ability to listen and see things from the tenants point of view. That’s a quality I not only admire but I expect it from a major cooperation. We are trying to keep your property in tact and Aretha has been successful in making that happen by getting in touch with the right people and getting the job done to every one’s satisfaction. We are previous renters from another big investment company, Progress Residential. We are going on our second year renting from Invitation Homes, and I have to say hands down, this company blows the competition out of the water. Anyone we’ve ever needed to contact whether it’s maintenance, lease renewal, or just questions regarding property upkeep, we’ve always had a quick and professional response. This company truly cares about their residents and it goes to show through the exceptional customer service they provide. One employee in particular that stood out to us is Crystal Macolly. In the time of a pandemic, she eased our concerns about our lease and made the renewal process SUPER easy. It goes to show she genuinely cares about her tenants and it isn’t just some business. I highly recommend this company and renting from their beautiful homes.
