This was my wife and I first house buying experience and we couldn’t be happier with the service that David Rogers provided us during this very new and overwhelming experience. It was very important to my wife and I that our agent be honest about any flaws they see in a house, even if we like the house. We wanted an agent that wouldn’t see an eye glimmer and immediately think to push the sale to get the commission and move on..David checked all of these boxes and more. He made what can be a very stressful and overwhelming experience much easier to handle, especially once we were able to develop the trust that he is looking out for the best interest of his client. I know this should be expected, but based on many conversations over the years it is unfortunately not very common.

I wish I could put less than a one star… I have tried to reach him through his website, zillow, through text and calls but I was unable to reach him. My friend tried too and he was in contact with him the same day, he promised an email with all the apartments, we are still waiting it’s been over a week. I was finally able to reach him with another number and he said the same thing to me, still waiting on the email. All of this to say it’s been almost 2 weeks, we had no tours, no showings and we are signing with some other realtor that actually cared about our needs.

David has been so thorough and so caring throughout the entire home buying process. He has helped us find homes in our price range, and when I send him random listings from sites, he let’s me know when they’re terrible ideas, and notices small details that I miss. He is incredibly thorough and detailed, and has all of his “t”s crossed and dotted “i’s”!
