My worst chick fil a experience!!! I understand that things are a little different with everything closed but I assumed that if the mall is closed then picking up food from this location would be easier and faster than the Davie location. WRONG!!!! Well I submitted my mobile order at 3:30. Pulled up at 3:31 and waited until 4:11 to receive my order which was missing items that it clearly states on their receipt. It is now 4:20 and I am still here waiting for the rest of my order. Absolutely ridiculous. They should close this location until they are better organized. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

Where do I begin macaroni and cheese is never ready always an excuse🤷🏾‍♀️

28 minutes for chicken minis?!?!? The young lady behind the counter was more worried about texting on her phone than helping guests. Once my order was taken the employee had no idea how to ring it up but was on the phone with earpods laughing and joking definitely contacting corporate about this experience!

I normally prefer Chick-fil-A over other fast food chains. The quality is generally higher than you could get elsewhere. However, the service at this location is painful. I placed an online order to avoid the long line. However, I had to wait more than 10 minutes past the expected time because the staff chose to take everyone in line’s order first and make sure they were served before they attempted to put my order together. Some people even showed up to the line after I got there and were served before I was. They forgot my drink and I had to wait another few minutes before they paid enough attention to get it for me.
