I did not feel welcomed in the slightest, very disappointing because this Charley’s was recommended to be by a friend. The person in charge was unfriendly and service was meh, I should have went to the chick fil a instead.

The manager with the blonde hair was very rude. Will not be coming back. If I could give this place a star lower than one I would.

I’m a vegetarian and I eat at this Charleys at least twice a month. (They have a great veggie sandwich.) The service is several notches above what I’ve come to expect in “fast food” places. The food is always hot and tasty. Never a negative experience. We usually go to the mall just to eat at Charleys.
