Jacaranda | Italian Restaurant

Been here before the Wuhan virus. I need to revisit. The pasta and garlic rolls are very good.

My family has been going to Jacaranda Pizza since 1986 when we moved to Florida from western NY where there is a large Italian population. As far as I am concerned, Jacaranda has the best pizza in all of South Florida! Staff and service are friendly, courteous and efficient!

Love this restaurant!! Food is always fresh and never a bad experience. The chicken parmigiana sub is my favorite, but I will eventually eat everything on this menu!

During this time when so many restaurants are doing their best to meet the needs of customers, I have to speak up about the poor customer service consistently for take out orders at Jacaranda, including the owner’s own son who often manages the restaurant. They usually don’t offer delivery and the owner’s son is supposed to be the delivery guy. Yikes! My order was wrong the other night and after numerous follow up calls because they said they had my number wrong, the owner’s son only offered free delivery for my over 1 1/2 hour wait. When I reminded him that other companies were offering free delivery, he hung up on me. There are other pizza restaurants out there, choose wisely.

Fast friendly service. Nick runs a great establishment and a clean kitchen. Good place dining.
I highly recommend.
