Was there for 20 mins. Had shoes to try in hand and no one to help. Employee standing on where people sit and try shoes on listening to music. Was ready to buy 3 air max ones but since was ignored just left.

The best experience buying a sneaker ! Mike Lq was very help and informative he really added to the experience. I haven’t bought sneakers in years and I feel very happy with my purchase!! I will shop again!

FinishLine offers great and fast service! One of their sneaker experts went out of his way to call customer service to resolve an issue for me without me even having to request him to do so. Wow! Their energy is always great from start to finish! 🙌🏼
