We are in the middle of a World Pandemic where a lot of people haven’t been working in 3
Months with no money coming in and Corporate is making their employees Call people and threaten them stating we are putting up all your items for auction if u don’t pay now. I called and told them to put on file that my pay was reduced and needed help. But I would pay as soon as I can. They keep calling and harassing you for money when people are stressed out as it. It’s not a great company. They don’t help anyone they Harass you instead. Horrible

I had a great experience at SmartStop Self Storage. Jamie was very helpful with everything from showing me the storage unit I was going to be renting to making sure my furniture would be protected.

Re-reviewing. This place has undergone several transfers of ownership… Each time my rate has gone up significantly. Started there at $260/month. Now I’m up to $389 a month for the same unit! You would imagine with all this extra money the property would be immaculate! It isn’t… It’s just getting worse. Lights in the parking lot are always out…. The gate is always busted or feebly hanging on….feral cats running rampant. And as of the last year…. Cockroaches INSIDE MY A/C CONTROLLED UNIT! REPEATEDLY! I’ve gone in person to their office to file a complaint on both the over-inflated monthly costs and cockroaches. 2 months later I have yet to get a response. I’ve stopped in multiple times asking for an update or reaponse….. And still NOTHING.
