America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I’ve been going to America’s Best in Davie for years I’ve always loved it people there are great I don’t have insurance at the moment because of all the stuff going on so I applied for a Care Credit Card and I went to their website and it said they accepted it when I got to the front desk I told the lady what I would be using and she said okay no problem so I go through my visit with the doctor I sit down with the lady to pick up my glasses and they tell me they don’t accept my card I’m very disappointed and I’m having a hard time seeing and they should have told me before I went through the whole process that they didn’t accept the card but they did not
I cannot understand how they don’t take a card that is used just for going to the doctor

This place you are always waiting will they are all sitting around not doing anything. I was told you don’t need and appointment to get my daughter’s glass and the girl with the dread ask if she has appointment she said no she told her to have a seat because she is waiting for appointment that is in with the doctor righ now instead of just going on ahead and taking my daughter has glasses which took 5 minutes George came in jumping got the glasses 5 minutes he placed the order she said no she has to wait for the family we’re all done and the family still inside waiting for us to finish with the doctor best site to waste time but they always say that they not they don’t have enough time they’re always busy in here

The place is a joke. The receptionist did not want to contact my insurance company after she couldn’t fine my son’s name on her screen. I had to call myself (wasted 30 min trying to get someone on the phone) I handed the phone to the receptionist to speak to the insurance company so they can tell her where to look on the screen for my son’s name. No apology, nothing. There are a bunch of young people working there & while we were waiting to the seen, 1 of them was getting coffee for the whole staff… like a social event. No one helped us pick glasses or explained to us how the insurance worked with their 2 for $69 sale. AVOID this place is you can!

Great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly! I had lost my glasses a month ago and after finally giving up looking for my old pair, I went here to get a new pair. Not only did my glasses arrive EARLIER than promised date, they are super comfortable! This pair has an actual “cushion” for the ears and the frame is not too thin/not too thick – just right! Very happy with my purchase and service received!

Don’t go there if you didn’t bought any of the glasses .. glasses from outside is not welcome useless store
