Banfield Pet Hospital

I have spent $700 at this hospital so far for my dogs UTI. And it’s still not fixed. I’ve tried 2 different prescriptions the doctor has prescribed, and the same issue persists. After a 4th visit for the same issue, they sent me away with a perception to order online. The paper had no name for the prescription or where to get it. Just simply how much to give him. I’ve called about this 3 times and at all times the doctor wasn’t in and the techs were clueless. Haven’t received any calls back. I’m addition, I’m also part of the monthly membership. An additional $73 fee per month. I would not recommend this vet. Save your money.

They had a great Wellness Plan that took care of my Spanky while he was alive and showed great compassion when he passed.

This has been one of the best animal hospitals in the area that I’ve ever taken my dog to.Compared to other animal hospitals, you’ll find great customer service here and very reasonable prices. Dr. D has been a great doctor to my dog and has done a very thorough and professional job each and every visit. She’s extremely knowledgeable and will make sure your pet receives the best care! Love this place!! Dr. D is AMAZING. She really loves my fur baby and always is truthful with us. Also, all of her staff are always super friendly! Always a pleasure going there. We’ve been going to her for 4 years now. 💕🐕🐩🐈

Great experience! Facility is nice and clean, staff is great! Was greeted by Leslie who was loving and treated my pet with kindness. I then saw Dr. Cushner which was amazing. She explained everything in detail so I can better understand. Sonia came in to help out she was great too, she helped me with all if my pets medications. They are all very knowledgeable and the ease of the whole process was great. Highly recommend
