I paid a processing fee with my debit card and the people at your office told me they didn’t get the payment. I checked with my bank and the money was paid but you office still needed proof. I don’t think my return has been processed even though it’s been two weeks. The experience was horrible and a major inconvenience. I highly doubt I will be returning.

I walk in at 12pm to file my taxes.A lady at the front desk..( the receptionist) told me She had to make an appointment.And the next available appointment was at 5. I really didn’t have time to come back. But then she called the manager Elizabeth and told her that she will come in….. in like an hour to do my taxes. I was so happy. 😊Thank you!
