Wendy’s

When the cashier was taking my order through drive thru she was rude and she cut me off before I was able to finish ordering. She gave me the wrong drink, wrong sandwich and forgot to give me straws for all my drinks. The fries tasted mediocre but my meal was bomb.

Wendy’s breakfast listed end time is 10:30 A.M. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:13 A.M. I waited in line until 10:24 A.M. The line didn’t move at all. I decided to go inside and order. Once walking in it was clear that the employees were stalling so they no longer had to serve Breakfast any more. One employee even said yes breakfast is over. The time was 10:25 A.M. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. Why bother even bother selling breakfast ?.

I passed by this morning to try Wendy’s new breakfast. It was delicious except the sausage was a little too spicy for me. I called the store and spoke to the manager Eztol and he said to me that he was sorry that it was too spicy for me and he would happily replace them or give a credit on my next visit. Since I’m only a few minutes away I decided to go there and get the replacement sandwich. I usually don’t like to complain or return things but I love Wendy’s and I want to be happy with their breakfast. He suggested a different sandwich for me to try which he was right it was delicious. The girl that took my order Shamari was so pleasant, and apologetic. Thank you so much Wendy’s for your excellent customer service skills
and continued search for the best quality possible in all your foods.

Food is good. This place used to be good. But it has gotten slow. I order a bacon cheeseburger, it came with no bacon and no cheese😥

Great food, quality service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
