Don’t move here! They have roaches ants insects all over no matter how they spray. A roach but my one year old on cheek as she was in crib and I was so upset! Took her to ER and they confirmed insect bite; told leasing office and still had roaches in apartment along with ants. Pool area is nice but they do raffles for you to put a good review on google!!! There apartments are not what you see when touring once you live there you’ll see! Stay away from Verona View!

Since CHERYL has become the manager my experience here has changed drastically and for the better! I am extremely pleased with her hard work and dedication to our community. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residence are living in a happy environment and is extremely persistent and sticks by her word. This will be my second year living here and I can honestly say it has almost everything to do with her as to why I renewed. I am very grateful that Cheryl has joined this apartment management team and look forward on more positive changes to come!

Great location and looks very welcoming until you sign the lease and the problems begin. The mold on the windows is real. The cockroach problem is real and pest control is not reliable or dependable. The lack of management to return phone calls, take phone calls and resolve issues in a timely fashion is real and very unprofessional. All so disappointing for the amount of rent you pay which goes up every year and the quality of the apts goes down. So disappointing.

This place is decent but way overpriced for what you get. It’s old.

I’m baffled that a place like this doesn’t offer their residents a grace period for rent, that is just absurd. And if you don’t pay on the first you are charged 10℅ of your rent as a fee. People, have different pay periods. They need to be flexible with the residents. This policy to me is unheard of.

Also, they offer a portal for residents to communicate between themselves and share info( like a mini Facebook)…Few months after they’ve started policing that portal and and deleting posts. They’ve personally deleted my posts simply for saying my package was stolen from our front porch and wanted to give my neighbors a heads up.

Also, maintenance is not bad at taking care of issues but they are very sloppy. They seem to just want to close tickets as fast as they can even if the job isn’t done.

When we first moved in, the place wasn’t clean there was hair all over the carpet spider webs all over, junk in the back patio, a dirty fridge… They did take care of it but that’s something they need to look at before residents move in.

I personally do not recommend this place.
