AMLI Toscana Place

It’s such a treat to live in AMLI Toscana Place. Getting to 595 is a breeze whenever I’m rushing to work in the mornings. The community is peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. And their management staff are so genuinely nice; they’re so quick to respond whenever I have any issues. Surely a must look place if you are searching for an apartment.

This community is great. I love their grounds, and how nice and willing to help everyone is. I had the pleasure of meeting the new community manager Daisy Deese as she was walking the property recently and I want to say thank you for being so patient with all of my wife’s and my questions. Your customer service and professionalism is a breath of fresh air and we are happy to be a part of this community. The entire maintenance staff is always helpful and quick to respond. Love it here!

This is the most beautiful and well kept apartment complex in Davie! I went looking at multiple apartments and this one stood out to me. The gym is great, the pool is gorgeous, & most importantly- the staff is amazing! I was speaking with the assistant manager, Annabel Bogen, & she was very professional but friendly and caring of my needs. She definitely sold this property to me! I’m going to sign my lease next month! I can’t wait!

The management team here is the best! Everyone is so helpful in the leasing office and maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner. I had a recent situation where Annabel went above and beyond to help me out with something and I don’t know what I would have done without her help! You can tell they really care about their residents, I would definitely rent here again.

Living in Amli Toscana has been an amazing experience and a very high quality of living. Everything from the cleanliness and quality of the apartment, the beauty of the grounds and pool area, the ongoing maintenance of the grounds and pool, and super fast assistance with any needs form maintenance to random concerns answered by the leasing office staff. The staff go above and beyond to make the tenants happy and are truly a pleasure to work with. It is a very diverse community and overall quiet with wonderful neighbors that embrace community.
