Took 3 weeks to get my washing machine fixed!!!! Poor customer service…. I give them a zero! My washing machine is still not repaired!!! Don’t use this company please!

This company was sent out to do a repair on our washing machine from our home warranty company. We were having a problem with the washing machine turning on. They got it running but by passed a safety feature. It now runs but will do a full cycle with the lid up. Our sons hoodie string got caught in the drum while loading extra clothes. I stead of the machine shutting off when he lift the lid it continues to run. They sent the same tech out who did the first repair, he stated he doesn’t remember coming here. The Supervisor confirmed it was the same tech as before but made every excuse as to the repair. Then tried to make it seem as if it was a new problem not them unhooking a safety device just to get the machine to work. Not to mention the Supervisor asking me why was our son doing laundry with the lid open🤬.
In stead of him blaming his tech. Then went on to say, he doesn’t know if it was ever worked on by another company. I called our warranty company in front of his tech and low and behold, they are the only ones to ever touch our washing machine.

This service provider by LG is a joke of a company and the technicians that they employ. Joke Joke Joke no knowledge and rude. I could go on and on not worth my time just want to share not to use this A E Factory Service.

I would give zero stars if I could. They were recommended by geek squad. Umm, no. Never again. Came out in July to fix our 8 month old dryer. They had a 4 hour appointment window and were STILL late. Our display panel didn’t light up and a few different buttons wouldn’t work, however the dryer was still functional and did its job just fine. Technician told me that the buttons on my dryer weren’t supposed to light up. I told him yes they were because they did previously and so does the 8 month old washer sitting next to it. He fumbled around with it for the next hour and then proceeded to tell me that the dryer vent must be blocked. I asked him what that had to do with the display panel messing up and he ignored my question! So after about another 15 minutes he determined that I needed a new panel for the display. He said it was on back order for the next month.

A month later. Still nothing. Two months later and still nothing. My husband called geek squad and informed us that A&E closed out the work order saying that it was the dryer vent clogged.

We scheduled a new appointment for today with a new company. They came out, on time might I add, and pulled the panel off and realized that THE PANEL WAS NOT PLUGGED IN TO THE MOTHERBOARD COMPLETELY. ARE YOU KIDDING ME A&E???!!! 10 minutes and it was done!

Long story short: Don’t waste your time on these moronic idiots who cannot even check such a basic necessity for something to work. I am completely baffled by their idiocy. I am glad my product was under warranty still, because I am sure they would have quoted me some ridiculous price for the stupidest things. It makes me want to call Samsung and tell them to deny any payment to claims filed by A&E!

same experiences, microwave repair, ordered parts each week they came to install newest parts. Wouldn’t you think a qualified repair would order necessary parts the first time. Wasted 1 1/2 months, that’s right, 45 days without a microwave, WORTHLESS COMPANY.
