I paid this Blind ear law group and Penter Holmes $1700 To work on my case. They made the best promises to get me to believe that they would be the group to handle my issues. Little did I know that was completely false. The first family court appearance I had Penter Holmes didn’t even bother to show up. I was forced to ask the judge for a continuance on the matter. 2 months later i find out that i didnt need him there at all cause the judge dismissed the petition regardless. So two months wasted due to The negligence of Penter Holmes III. After this he lets me I need to fill out some paperwork for financial aspects of the family case. I filled it all out put it in a large envelope an left it at the desk in the Davie office before they moved to plantation which they let me know was missed place somewhere some how. Allowing after a year of trying to stay ahead of Child support an issues with my the mother of my child was all for not. Now all I ask for things to be corrected I know I will never get the years back with my daughter that I’ve missed out on due to this but allow me to be there for her as a father and not just $1000 I’m paying a month for child support. If I could I would give blind ear law group a less than 1 star rating due to the fact that a family law attorney should be more diligent when it comes to the needs of their clients. After over two years still nothing has been done and Penter Holmes III stopped returning my calls. Florida bar association will be my next stop. Be very aware of the people your trying to get involved with your family court case.

Penter sounds like a person that knows what hes talking about and prices are affordable. But, I couldn’t even sign up with him cause hes horrible staying in contact with people. I wanted his services and he never has time, or is always on a trip or something. Communication skills suck and I wouldn’t recommend him to take care of something that means so much to you all. Get a secretary dude.
