Detail Garage – Auto Detailing Supplies

No returns and over priced. I bought a detail spray cleaner for my new F-150 to give Chemical Guys/Detail Garage products a try. I used it twice and my wife did not like the smell so I took it back to exchange. The guy at the front desk told me that it was used and it couldn’t be returned or exchanged and told me to come back to speak with owner. (Note: these are franchise stores and are not official Chemical Guy stores.) In short, it was not worth my time. So I called the customer service number, they explained the situation to me and apologized. They sent me a replacement non-scented cleaner spray at no charge. When I receivex it, there were all sorts of dirt/random unknown particles suspended in the clear fluid. After all of this frustration and 30 years of experience cleaning and detailing my trucks cars and boats, I determined that their products are overpriced and fall short of their claims. Their service doesn’t even come close to buying from sites like Amazon or directly from other detail websites with no question return policies. Because of my twofold bad experience with Chemical Guys/Detail Garage I will continue to buy my proven detailing products form other dealers who provide better products and who value my business.

I get excellent customer service I ask question i need to know and i rather come in store than to deal with having to wait when its the same price online, very professional very honest and can’t go wrong coming here you won’t find customer service nor a detail shop like this around
