Vinny was very helpful on the phone, Dixie was EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN PERSON! WORLD CLASS 10 STAR QUALITY! They accepted a coupon I had a day late and STILL treated me as if I was a paying customer who has been going there for YEARS! They even had me sitting in a massage chair with a soda while I waited AND I was out in less then 1 hour! I will NOT be going back to Firestone ever again and will be a life long customer with THESE GUYS INSTEAD! Please go HERE for your next car problem!!!!! They will treat you like a KING/QUEEN!

I would give them a million stars if I could. I’m originally from a Miami, I was in the area making errands and noticed a bolt was missing on one of my tires and making noises.The Kovac employees were most importantly friendly and professional and cared more of the safety of my car than upselling. They were able to fix my tire. I highly recommend this auto place if you want great/down to earth costumer service and punctual car service. I will definitely make a trip from Miami if I have too!

A+++ the service is incredible. She went beyond to help me find a better price. ALSO, there is massage chairs to wait as well as a charging station, free coffee and free refreshments.
