Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Never answers phones. Massively long wait.. but in reality the big banks don’t care about society. They only want us to take out loans so they can stay in control.. customer service really in the banking institutions are none existent. They don’t care nor will they ever…unless you stop applying for loans. Sad truth..Shameful.

After 13 years it’s time to move on to a better institute that are more welcoming and willing to go above and beyond their calls of duties to help their customer. Never enough cashiers to assist customers, and never welcoming. Their behavior shows that you as a customer should be grateful for them to house your money. Screw BOA, it’s time to move on.

I had to get some assistance getting an account number to deposit a check for an association I was informed in a manner that I should have this information before I get here that I in such a tone that she didn’t have time for this that this was an exception and in others words don’t bother me with this again I informed her but that is what you are here for to assistance the customers well only If you want to wait 45 minutes. Just quite making excuses and do your job……..

There is one teller! This happens at this location all the time. Plus their A/C must be set at 80. With 95 degree weather outside I’m not sure why I came inside! There are far better locations like the branch on Sunrise Blvd. & Flamingo Road.
