Hoffman’s Chocolates

Employee there on 5/11 at 5pm was extremely rude. Opened the door for a sec to give a waiting customer their order, quickly asked if I had already placed an order, then slammed the door shut when I started to shake my head no. Pretty funny looking back on it now… buuuut, wife and I will be finding a new cute ice cream joint. 🍦

Shopping specifically for a friend who was recently widowed and found great service and assistance on a lovely gift for her St. Valentines gift. A second visit was equal in service for a hostess gift which was traveling to Europe. Lovely packaging with ribbons and tissue for gift bags both times.

This place is great!
Awesome customer service, so many delicious and great quality sweets, many gift assortments to choose from or have them custom made, very clean store with really cool decor, great for all ages!
We are local and love going, but always on the list to bring family their from out of town.

The staff working the Hoffman’s Chocolates in plantation are incredibly friendly and professional…. To the point where it stood out.

The store has an excellent selection of chocolate, as well as ice cream. I sampled two ice cream flavors then made my decision. The staff serve me immediately and smiled the whole time. It’s rare to find staff this friendly and happy.

Really wide selection of chocolates. A bit pricey, but worth the expense. They also have some 15-20 flavors of ice cream available.
