Westside Regional Medical Center

The westside regional staff is amazing specifically on the 1st Floor. Director Joe and his entire team including Ellen, Glenda, Flo, and Dale has helped my aunt tremendously. I would highly recommend this hospital. They are kind, patient, and most of all well experience. Thanks so much for all that you do.

Worst hosital ever the doctors don’t follow up on completed lab test…. I have the flu was here for a couple of days I never seen the doctor…. I had to check myself out of the hospital on my on own…. This was yesterday I want to have them investagated….. I had to check into another hospital ……

I hate hospitals. Today I had to go to the emergency room alone and I was completely terrified. My nurse was so amazing I couldn’t have gone through it without her. When I mentioned how painful it was for me and how terrified I was she went out of her way to get another nurse to hold my hand through the process. Most hospitals want you in and out but they allowed me to rest after the procedure. Everyone that interacted with me was so kind, including security which is rare. Honestly this is definitely one of the better hospitals in Broward County.

Worst hospital I have ever been too. The doctor didn’t follow up on completed labs and the nurses are so sarcastic! Especially Shayla. Honestly not planning on coming back here any time soon. Next emergency I’ll drive right past them.

My mother had surgery here and stayed a week after. She was on the 2nd floor. I have never been to a more accommodating hospital as Westside Regional. The staff on this particular floor went above and beyond any expectations. The staff was so very attentive to the patients as well as their family. While sitting by my mothers bedside, i was always asked if i wanted a blanket myself.. And the care they gave to my 93 yr old mom was incredible. And i can not forget to mention the staff that delivered meals always acknowledged us upon coming into the room. And the cleaning staff, just as friendly and acknowledging. My mom had the best team and i thank each and everyone for the impeccable care you gave my mother. I can’t say enough wonderful words about this hospital.
